Job summary
Best Buy Canada is hiring immediately for a customer service supervisor, titled operations team lead, to lead and coach a team of specialists and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Timmins location.
You will motivate your team, foster an inclusive culture, manage store KPIs and maintain profitability, while ensuring safety and quality standards across operations. This full-time role requires 2+ years of leadership in retail and a track record of sales success.
Qualifications
- 2+ years leading a retail team of at least 15 associates.
- Proven track record of managing expenses and revenue.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
