Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring an assistant store leader to guide a team of sales advisors and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll lead, coach, and collaborate to meet customer needs and store goals.

As an assistant retail manager, you’ll drive sales, optimize store operations, and foster an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment while developing your team’s skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates.
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment.
