Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Saint John, NB is seeking an assistant store leader to coach a team of sales advisors and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead and support a dynamic team to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

You will drive store performance, manage expenses and revenue, and foster an inclusive, fun and safe work environment while helping your team achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a retail team of at least 20 associates.
• 2+ years managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
