Best Buy Canada is hiring an assistant store leader to guide and coach a team of sales advisors, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will lead operations, oversee KPI performance, control expenses, and foster an inclusive, fun and safe work environment while growing your retail leadership career in Saint John, NB.

This role supports training, development, and certification opportunities with flexible scheduling to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates.
• 2+ years’ experience managing operating expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment.
