Montana's BBQ & Bar in Lloydminster is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver the Perfect Guest Experience. This hands-on role partners with the General Manager to lead dining room and kitchen teams while upholding brand standards.

The successful candidate has post‑secondary hospitality or business training, a passion for people, and strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary degree/diploma in hospitality or business.
• Passion for people and excellence in hospitality.
• Driven and decisive; proactive in overcoming barriers.
• Able to lead both dining room and kitchen while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for timely progress through the Restaurant Leader Certification Program.
• Assist in day‑to‑day leadership and management of the Montana's restaurant as directed by the GM.
• Be accountable for key financials and KPIs with the Leadership team.
• Develop the ability to lead dining room and kitchen operations while adhering to brand standards.
• Support the GM in operating a Benchmark Restaurant to deliver a perfect guest experience.
