Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food using standardized recipes and portions.
• Complete line checks to ensure enough product for service.
• Plate food to specifications to create a great dining experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as instructed.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and sanitized at all times.
• Complete cleaning tasks outlined by management.
• Adhere to Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Complete Food Safety logs, as required.
