Job summary

Montana's BBQ & Bar in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Front of House Supervisor at our Shepard location. You will join a dynamic leadership team responsible for delivering a perfect guest experience, coaching the Q-Crew, and driving profitability.

As part of the restaurant leadership team, you will monitor guest satisfaction, support training, and ensure adherence to safety and brand standards while fostering a fun, energetic work environment for our guests and team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with the restaurant team and Guests.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale Systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.
• Ability to understand the perfect guest experience and anticipate guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a perfect guest experience by identifying root causes and developing corrective actions.
• Follow up and resolve guest complaints and ensure root cause is identified and corrected.
• Coach Q-Crew to ensure consistent delivery of quality food, beverages and inviting atmosphere.
• Communicate with guests regularly to gain insights for improvements to the guest experience.
• Train and develop Q-Crew with coaching and performance measures.
• Assist in training hourly Q-Crew and support a culture of recognition and KPI achievement.
• Help manage labour and profitability by following operating plans and budgets.
• Ensure safe food handling, HACCP and adherence to brand procedures.
