Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a small team in a busy restaurant. You’ll focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, scheduling, and safety.

You will supervise 4–12 staff, assist with events and promotions, coordinate training, and help with ordering and stock. This role offers hands-on experience in hospitality and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of 4–12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning special events and promotions in-restaurant, coordinating training as needed.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
• Provide excellent Guest experience and ensure food is prepared & served to standard.
• Maintain restaurant safety and cleanliness and ensure compliance with policies.
