You will oversee inventory replenishment, organize priorities, and maintain a safe, customer-ready environment while motivating staff to meet performance goals.

Formación

• Bring a minimum of 5 years’ retail experience including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrate strong merchandising and inventory management expertise.
• Show flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required.
• Perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout shifts.
• Communicate effectively and lead teams with confidence and professionalism.
