You will lead daily operations, motivate staff to hit targets, maintain stock availability, and support growth through effective execution and customer service. A strong retail background is essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong merchandising and inventory management expertise.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work.
• Must pass a clean criminal background check.
