You will recruit and develop Key Holders and Store Associates, ensure policy adherence, manage stock counts, and oversee cash operations while maintaining flexible day, evening and weekend availability.

A typical day:

• Support daily store operations and assume full responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence

• Operate the cash register and ensure customer service standards are met
