Agilus by Synergie in Collingwood, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily retail operations and drive store performance. You will mentor and motivate the team, oversee merchandising, inventory replenishment, and scheduling while upholding customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on leadership role offers ongoing training and benefits, with compensation at hourly CAD 19.30–20.00, reflective of experience and responsibilities.

Successful candidates will have:
