As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, people leadership, and customer experience. This role combines hands-on operational management with team development in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead by example, ensure operational excellence, and drive results by maintaining strong visual standards, inventory accuracy, and a motivated, high-performing team.

A typical day:

• Manage daily store operations to maximise sales, inventory availability, and visual presentation
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Store Associates
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently
• Plan and manage work schedules in line with budgeted hours and business needs
