Job summary

Earls Kitchen + Bar in Port Coquitlam, BC is seeking an Assistant General Manager - General Manager in Training who is eager to advance into restaurant leadership. You will learn from experienced leaders, deliver flawless guest service, and develop your own leadership style through hands-on leadership opportunities.

This role focuses on front-of-house operations, team mentorship, and partnering with the General Manager to plan for growth, profitability and memorable service across our Earls

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for service and a strong desire to pursue a career in hospitality.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
• A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
• The ability to legally work in Canada.

Responsibilities
