Earls Kitchen + Bar in Toronto is seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager in Training to advance to General Manager. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensure flawless service, and drive profitability while learning from seasoned leaders.

You will mentor staff, implement operational standards, and contribute to growth across the region. The role offers leadership development, mentorship, and a path to a restaurant leadership role within Earls.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Passion for service and a career in hospitality.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to hospitality, teamwork and fun.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback, coaching and mentorship.
• Legal to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with store profitability.
