1 Hotel Toronto has an opportunity for a service-minded Assistant Front Office Manager to lead and inspire our great-natured service team. Your role will involve training, supervising, and mentoring new hires, setting them up for success. You'll be interacting with guests regularly, welcoming them whether they’re from across the ocean or just around the corner. Leading by example is essential in this role.

About you...

  • Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with at least 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
  • Well-versed in front office operations, a strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement, and financial performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
