General Accountability
These Remedial Measures programs are unique, revenue-generating initiatives within CAMH. The Administrative Supervisor will join a dynamic team, working closely with the Business Development Office. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an independent self-starter with strong organizational and operational skills to make an impact in improving road safety.
We seek a full-time, 12-month contract Administrative Supervisor to support and maintain operations across Ontario and British Columbia, including supporting call centres, ensuring monthly registration targets are met, managing escalated calls, providing reports, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring call targets are achieved. The role reports to the Program Manager and involves working with the Ministry of Transportation and Road Safety BC to ensure contract compliance. There may also be opportunities to support other revenue-generating projects and areas within the Business Development portfolio. The position is based at 250 College, with plans to move to Queen Street.
