General Accountability

These Remedial Measures programs are unique, revenue-generating initiatives within CAMH. The Administrative Supervisor will join a dynamic team, working closely with the Business Development Office. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an independent self-starter with strong organizational and operational skills to make an impact in improving road safety.

We seek a full-time, 12-month contract Administrative Supervisor to support and maintain operations across Ontario and British Columbia, including supporting call centres, ensuring monthly registration targets are met, managing escalated calls, providing reports, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring call targets are achieved. The role reports to the Program Manager and involves working with the Ministry of Transportation and Road Safety BC to ensure contract compliance. There may also be opportunities to support other revenue-generating projects and areas within the Business Development portfolio. The position is based at 250 College, with plans to move to Queen Street.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide direction, planning, and oversight for call centre targets using CISCO.
  • Leverage the RMMS system to meet financial targets.
  • Support the Manager in overseeing relationships with local providers and compliance reporting.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including the Business Development office, Ministry of Transportation, Road Safety BC, and local providers.
  • Support the Program Manager to ensure smooth program operations and department functionality.

Primary Duties

  • Supervise the Remedial Measures Teams, providing direction and oversight.
  • Support call centre operations, including scheduling, handling escalations, and supporting team members.
  • Work hours may vary between 9-5 or 11:30-7:30; availability for both is required.
  • Ensure program goals and revenue targets are met.
  • Assist Local Providers and ensure participant requirements are fulfilled.
  • Identify challenges, delays, and risks, proposing follow-up actions.
  • Allocate work proactively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support onboarding of new team members.
  • Provide coaching, review work for quality, and identify training needs.
  • Analyze reports for compliance and output quality.
  • Assist with budget development and monitor expenditures.
  • Work with leadership to ensure staff complete mandatory training.

Qualifications

  • A degree in health or social sciences, a regulated health profession, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience with transportation industry and impaired driving policies.
  • Knowledge of Cisco, database solutions, call centre policies, and regulations is preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service experience, especially in call centre escalations, is preferred.
  • Understanding of impaired driving legislation in Ontario and BC.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience with e-learning, face-to-face courses, and web platforms is an asset.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
