Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Moose Jaw, SK, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a collaborative sales team, promote and service all insurance products, and drive an outstanding client experience.

You’ll mentor staff, help reach branch targets, and monitor performance while pursuing new business opportunities. A Level 2 broker license is required, with CAIB/CIP and a post-secondary degree a bonus.

Qualifications

• At least three years' industry experience.
• Knowledge of personal lines and auto insurance products.
• Accredited CAIB and/or CIP is a bonus.
