Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Moncton, NB is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, grow the team, and deliver outstanding client experiences.

You’ll mentor staff, drive sales, and manage branch performance while leveraging your insurance expertise. A Level 2 Insurance broker license is preferred, with CAIB/CIP in progress welcomed; we support learning and professional development. Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams and driving results.
• Insurance broker Level 2 license; CAIB/CIP in progress considered an asset.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
