Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager for Mercedes-Benz Richmond. You will support the Sales Manager and collaborate across departments to drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and nurture a high-performing dealership culture.

Qualifications

• Valid VSA License required.
• Experience in automotive sales, especially New and Pre-Owned vehicles.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day sales operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and Parts to meet dealership goals.
• Conduct daily and monthly sales meetings as required.
• Engage with customers early in the sales process and guide Sales Consultants.
• Ensure documentation complies with policies and regulations.
• Develop and execute dealership-specific sales programs and promotions.
• Prepare and analyze sales performance reports.
• Oversee inventory coordination and showroom presentation.
