Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Sales Administrator for Mercedes-Benz Langley. The role supports the Sales Manager and team to ensure smooth dealership operations, maintain records, and oversee deal processing.

Strong organizational skills and proficiency with dealership software are required. The position involves inventory data management, workflow compliance, staff training coordination, and timely deal processing to deliver excellent customer service.

Formación

• Experience in administrative or dealership support roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager and Sales team to ensure smooth dealership operations.
• Maintain delivery schedules, print dealer trades and process funding.
• Track contracts, registrations, and inventory data in One-Eighty.
• Assist finance with files and deals and prepare reporting.
