About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager specializing in infrastructure projects to lead significant developments in the Kimberley region. This senior role involves full responsibility for the planning, execution, and completion of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet stringent quality, safety, and budgetary requirements. You will manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, driving progress and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of infrastructure construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including site staff and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with government agencies, clients, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Manage contracts, procure materials, and resolve site issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Construction Manager , with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management software and technical applications.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Professional registration is an advantage.
