Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops is seeking a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist for our US operations, based in Winnipeg. The role will oversee the AR function, manage collections, and improve processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.

The candidate will handle daily invoicing, aging reviews, credit checks, and account setup across branches, with collaboration across teams and locations. Benefits offered and a positive work environment are included.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years A/R, accounting or related experience.
• Strong ability to resolve client discrepancies and knowledge of billing system.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Invoices all orders and posts all payments daily.
• Review AR aging daily and plan to collect past-due balances.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure credits and payments meet requirements; contact customers on overdue accounts.
