Conexiom is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist II to own the end-to-end billing lifecycle, including new customer setup, invoicing, and revenue recognition across multi-entity and usage-based contracts. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and automate where possible using Maxio, Salesforce, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related finance role.
• Deep understanding of invoicing, AR processes, and customer account management—you can spot billing errors and discrepancies quickly.
• Experience with Claude or other AI-assisted tools for data analysis, process automation, or productivity.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with billing systems, CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce), or accounting software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and customer-facing presence—you can explain billing issues clearly and de-escalate frustrated customers.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end billing for new customers: validate contracts and Salesforce data, set up invoices in Maxio.
• Manage recurring, usage-based, and one-time invoices across the customer base.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies, customer inquiries, and receivables issues—escalating complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accuracy of customer account data across billing and CRM systems (terms, schedules, tax details).
• Support collections by resolving disputes and identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on amendments, cancellations, renewals to reflect latest agreements.
• Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and help implement improvements and automation.
• Own the AR email inbox and respond to billing questions promptly.
• Assist churn requests and process cancellations; support audit requests with documentation.
