Procurify is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role focuses on invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, and month-end close, while collaborating across teams to improve processes and leverage automation.

You’ll work in a remote-first environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer focus. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in SaaS finance, excellent attention to detail, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar Finance role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication, written and verbal.
• Curiosity and initiative to learn systems and processes.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and core accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Billing: prepare and issue invoices, verify data, maintain customer records.
• Collections & Customer Support: follow-ups, respond to inquiries, resolve discrepancies.
• Reporting & Reconciliations: AR aging, cash collection reports, month-end close support.
• Process & System Improvements: streamline workflows, adopt automation, feedback on Procurify platform.
