Berkeley Payment Solutions Inc. is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist for a fully remote role. You will own the full billing lifecycle from month-end invoicing and collections through to reconciliation and setup for new programs.

The role emphasizes designing an automated billing engine and scalable templates to support rapid growth. You will collaborate with Finance and Technology to standardize billing logic, reduce cycle times, and ensure accuracy across multiple platforms, including

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.
• High accuracy and attention to detail required for billing and invoicing.
• Experience in streamlining manual processes or building toward automation (templates, workflows, or AI tools).
• Comfort reading contract fee schedules and translating them into invoice line items.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition from manual invoicing to an automated billing engine.
• Standardize billing logic across 40+ line items and diverse drivers.
• Create and maintain invoicing templates and scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance and Tech to implement billing tools and integrations like QuickBooks Online and Payhub.
• Document processes and build auditable controls for the automated cycle.
