Responsibilities

• Oversee resident billing and maintenance in residences using Yardi.
• Review monthly reports and reconciliations for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Maintain procedures for receivables processes.
• Oversee month-end balancing, closing, and EFTs.
• Process deposits and monitor aging and collections over 30 days.
• Prepare monthly AR aging analyses as needed.
