Job summary

EnerStar Solutions, based in Medicine Hat, seeks an AR Administrator to manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections. The role requires accurate processing of transactions, timely communication with customers, and collaboration with the accounting team in a high-growth environment.

Occasional travel between Calgary and Medicine Hat is required. A Diploma in Accounting and 2+ years of AR experience are preferred, with French bilingualism as a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years of AR experience.
• French bilingual is a strong asset.
• Experience with QuickBooks is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices from Starlink database and portal.
• Communicate with customers on invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Manage onboarding and receive payments via credit card when needed.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and timely submission.
• Reconcile vendor invoices to customer accounts and revenue.
• Prepare monthly statements and assist with month-end journal entries.
