Job summary

Canada One Auto Group is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator for Orillia Chevrolet Buick GMC. You will schedule service appointments, answer questions, and ensure every customer feels valued from the first interaction.

You’ll work closely with Service Advisors and technicians, use dealership software, and build lasting customer relationships while maintaining accurate records for a smooth service journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service; automotive experience is a bonus, but training is provided.
• Comfort with scheduling and coordinating service appointments.
• Ability to use dealership software and learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls with energy and professionalism.
• Schedule service appointments that keep the shop operating efficiently.
• Educate customers on recommended maintenance and manufacturer service intervals.
• Respond to emails, texts, and online appointment requests.
• Reach out to customers who are due for service and help them get back on the schedule.

• Has previous customer service experience (automotive experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person).
• Experience with CDK, DealerMine, or other dealership software is an asset.
