Job summary

Orillia Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd is seeking an experienced 310S Automotive Service Technician to join our high-volume, process-driven dealership in Orillia, Central Ontario. You will perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance safely and efficiently, following manufacturer standards.

Collaboration with team members, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving service efficiencies are key aspects of this role. A valid 310S/310T license and diagnostics ability are required.

Qualifications

• 310S and/or 310T License required.
• Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use diagnostics equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, maintenance and installations to manufacturer standards.
• Work with diagnostics equipment to identify and fix issues.

Job description

Orillia Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd is currently seeking an 310S Automotive Service Technician to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

The Service Technician provides automotive services by performing inspections, repairs, maintenance, and installations efficiently, safely and according to manufacturer quality and time standards. Complies with manufacturer and dealership’s safety and environmental programs and practices. Automotive services may include, but are not limited to drivability, suspensions, alignments, steering, heating and air conditioning, basic and ABS brakes and exhaust systems.

This role is responsible for following established processes and procedures for their role and achieving targeted goals and objectives. This role is responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members, driving sales and improving efficiencies whenever possible.
