Job summary

John Brooks Company is seeking an Application Specialist I in Laval to provide technical and sales support. You will prepare quotations, process orders, and propose products while collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service excellence and project success.

Ideal candidates have a college diploma and 3–6 years in technical sales or inside sales, with proficiency in order entry systems and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in a technical sales, customer service, Inside sales, or related role.
• Proficiency with order entry and quoting systems (Epicor P21 or similar).
• Understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and follow up on customer quotations.
• Provide technical support, product recommendations, costing, and proposal development.
• Translate customer requirements into accurate product and solution recommendations.
• Process customer orders and monitor order status through completion.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding products, orders, and technical inquiries.
