Job summary

John Brooks Company seeks a Technical Sales Representative to support West Montreal, Monteregie West, Outaouais and Eastern Ontario markets. You will provide field technical sales support, generate and close opportunities, and drive pump-product sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting technical solutions, managing CRM (Maximizer), and building lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• College diploma required in a related field.
• Bilingual English/French required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong sales skills and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide field technical sales support for pump products and systems.
• Manage and service existing client base within sales territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Conduct sales calls/meetings and close orders.
• Qualify opportunities and leads; discuss product options and opportunities.
• Visit customers to review products and applications and propose solutions.
• CRM management: track proposals, quotations, and inquiries in Maximizer.
• Collaborate with management, suppliers, and other divisions.
• Support product selection and proposals for customers.
• Represent the company at tradeshows and present technical information.
