Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct voltage, resistance and other electrical tests with diagnostic equipment.
• Prepare written estimates of repair costs.
• Read blueprints to determine work requirements.
• Plan service routes for field assignments.
• Refer to schematic drawings to repair parts.
• Diagnose faults using testing devices.
• Repair electrical appliances and components; replace faulty parts.
• Advise customers on work performed and equipment condition.
• Operate shop equipment and diagnostic tools to repair and reprogram appliances.
