Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance in Oakville, Ontario is seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to service residential customers in the field.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, document work orders on a mobile device, and ensure high-quality workmanship. A reliable vehicle and your own tools are required.

Every day you’ll be working on different appliances, different homes, and different problems. Some calls are straightforward. Others require experience, troubleshooting, and good judgment. We’re looking for technicians who can confidently diagnose the issue, explain the repair, complete quality work, and leave knowing the appliance is operating properly. • Has at least 3 years of professional appliance repair experience

• Is comfortable using a smartphone for work orders, navigation, photos, and reporting
• Understands when a repair is outside their approved scope
• Communicates professionally with customers and our operations team
