Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to service residential customers in Thorold and surrounding areas. You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and verify that appliances operate correctly before closing each service call.

This field-based role requires driving to customer locations and documenting work with digital reports. We value practical troubleshooting, attention to quality workmanship, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and our dispatch

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional appliance repair experience.
• Own vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work orders, navigation, and reporting.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose appliance issues and complete repairs in customers' homes.
• Perform parts replacement and functional testing before closing work orders.
• Document work with photo reporting and digital notes.
• Attend local training or meetings as requested.
