Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance in Ontario is seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our on-site team in Niagara Falls. You’ll diagnose, repair, and test residential appliances, visiting different homes every day.

You must have at least 3 years of professional appliance repair experience, own tools and a vehicle, and be comfortable using a smartphone for work orders, photos, and reporting. This role offers flexible field-based work and ongoing service appointments.

• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Comfortable working in customers' homes and using a smartphone for work orders.

Responsibilities

Every day you’ll be working on different appliances, different homes, and different problems. Some calls are straightforward. Others require experience, troubleshooting, and good judgment. We’re looking for technicians who can confidently diagnose the issue, explain the repair, complete quality work, and leave knowing the appliance is operating properly.
