Job summary

Panoramic Properties Inc. is seeking an Appliance Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain appliances across our residential properties.

You will help ensure appliances are safe, functional, and properly maintained, contributing to a positive living experience for our residents. You will diagnose and repair refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washers and dryers, complete maintenance requests in occupied and vacant units, and perform routine inspections to keep appliances in top condition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in appliance repair, maintenance, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of diagnosing and repairing common residential appliances.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage assigned responsibilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as required.
