Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking an on-call Appliance Repair Technician to service customers in King City, Ontario. The role is field-based and requires you to perform appliance diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements at customers' homes, using your own vehicle and tools.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of appliance repair experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and comfort with mobile work orders. You will report to the dispatch team and participate in a flexible field schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional appliance repair experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Comfortable working in customers' homes.
• Own vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Proficient with using a smartphone for work orders and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, and other appliances.
• Perform part replacements and follow-up visits as needed.
• Document work with photos and digital reports.
• Ensure safety and quality and communicate with customers.
