Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to service residential clients in Ajax, Ontario. You’ll diagnose appliance issues, perform repairs, and ensure units operate safely and reliably.

You’ll work in customers’ homes with your own tools, using mobile work orders to document findings. The role requires strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of professional appliance repair experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Comfortable working in customers' homes.
• Good communication with customers and operations team.

Responsibilities

• Repair washers and dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves and ovens.
• Diagnose issues and replace parts as needed.
• Conduct functional testing before closing work orders.
• Document repairs with photos and digital reporting.
