Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to service homes across Ontario. This on-call, field-based role requires diagnosing and repairing residential appliances with professionalism and pride.

You’ll work independently, manage parts and documentation, travel to customer sites, and use smartphone tools for work orders and reporting. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience and their own vehicle and diagnostic gear.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years appliance repair experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Comfortable working in customers' homes and explaining repairs clearly.
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship and safe, lasting repairs.
• Must have own vehicle, basic diagnostic tools, and a smartphone for work orders and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes.
• Perform repairs to completion and verify proper operation.
• Document work orders and parts used; report findings to dispatch.
• Carry out tasks using personal diagnostic equipment and vehicle.
• Ensure repairs stay within approved scope and communicate with customers.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located in the same country, city, or region where the job is posted. The successful candidate must be available to attend a local office, meeting, training session, or company event if requested.
