Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to service residential customers in Waterloo, Ontario. You will diagnose, repair, and test appliances in customers' homes, ensuring proper operation and safety, while documenting work via mobile reports.

You’ll work field-based with flexible scheduling, own a vehicle and the necessary tools, and collaborate with our operations team to deliver high-quality service across Ontario.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional appliance repair experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Comfort working in customers’ homes and explaining issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose appliance issues and determine repair plan.
• Perform repairs and part replacements to restore operation.
• Test appliances after repairs to ensure proper function.
• Provide clear documentation and reporting of service on mobile tools.
• Possess and transport own tools and vehicle to reach customer sites.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located in the same country, city, or region where the job is posted. The successful candidate must be available to attend a local office, meeting, training session, or company event if requested.
