Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to service customers across Ontario. You will diagnose, repair, and test appliances in customers’ homes, maintaining high-quality workmanship and clear communication with clients and our dispatch team.

The role requires a minimum of three years in appliance repair, own vehicle and tools, and proficiency with smartphones for work orders and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of appliance repair experience.
• Able to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Own vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work orders, navigation and reporting.
• Professional communication with customers and the operations team.

Every day you’ll be working on different appliances, different homes, and different problems.

Some calls are straightforward. Others require experience, troubleshooting, and good judgment. We’re looking for technicians who can confidently diagnose the issue, explain the repair, complete quality work, and leave knowing the appliance is operating properly.
