Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Calgary is seeking a reliable janitorial professional to clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls and other common areas at Varsity Square Apartments (NW Calgary).

You will help maintain health, comfort, and safety for Resident Members and perform routine touch-ups in vacant suites. Responsibilities include garbage pickup, snow removal assistance, inventory management, equipment upkeep, and collaboration with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with technology is an asset.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members

• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up

• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Location:

• Varsity Square Apartments (NW Calgary)

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment

• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm
