Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our on-site team in Airdrie. The role covers cleaning building lobbies, entrances, stairwells, laundry rooms and other common areas, plus vacant suites and touch-ups.

You will handle waste removal, basic maintenance, and assist with snow clearing as seasons require. Strong customer service, time management, and the ability to work independently or with others are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Own reliable vehicle required.
• English language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Ability to walk/stand up to eight hours and lift up to 90 kg with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells and other common areas.
• Clean vacant suites and perform touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure equipment is working.
• Assist other sites as needed.

This position is located in Airdrie

Location:

• Tower Lane Terrace Apartments (Airdrie)

Responsibilities:

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements:

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:
