Job summary

Boardwalk is hiring an experienced Cleaner to keep our residential communities clean and sanitized in Airdrie, Alberta. You will work at Tower Lane Terrace Apartments, ensuring common areas, entrances, and vacant suites are well-maintained and safe for residents.

Requirements include at least 2 years of cleaning experience, solid English (verbal and written), and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written is required.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas.
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.

Experience And Educational Requirements

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle

Schedule

• Monday to Wednesday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
