Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Victoria, BC, seeks two full-time openings—one permanent and one 1-year contract. The positions involve cleaning entrances, common areas, offices, halls, and stairwells, while maintaining safety and supporting site operations.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of cleaning experience, be fluent in English, and be able to stand, walk, and lift. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:
