Job summary

Boardwalk is looking for a Maintenance Associate at Radisson Village (SE Calgary) to perform a range of labour tasks including building maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning. You will help ensure site cleanliness and paint suites and parkades as required, supporting a collaborative team.

Applicants should have maintenance/cleaning experience and be able to learn in-house software; familiarity with technology is an asset. This contract runs until the end of October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or cleaning is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology is an asset.
• Ability to operate small equipment and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for various labour tasks
• Perform a variety of building maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning tasks
• Ensure site cleanliness, including picking up all garbage and pet waste around all sites

Experience And Educational Requirements

• Experience in maintenance, and / or cleaning
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Technical Requirements

• Ability to operate small equipment and power tools
• Ability to learn in-house software programs

Non-Technical Requirements

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
