Job summary

Bwalk is seeking a building cleaner for Tower Lane Terrace Apartments in Airdrie. You will clean entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other common areas; also clean vacant suites and perform touch-ups as needed.

Requirements include 2 years of cleaning experience, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with own vehicle. The role runs Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and may involve assisting other sites.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with technology is an asset.
• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting.
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with proper equipment.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own reliable vehicle.
