Adecco is currently hiring Medical Office Administrator for our client in North York, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in medical administration, patient scheduling, appointment coordination, healthcare reception, and clinic operations who thrive in a fast-paced and patient-focused setting.
- Pay Rate: $23-$25/hour
- Location: North York, ON
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM
- Job type: Temporary with potential of extension| Full-time

- Communicate appointment changes, cancellations, and no-shows to referring physicians
Medical Administration & Patient Support
- Respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and organized patient files.
- Document patient and physician communications within medical records.
- Support the delivery of high-quality patient care through efficient administrative processes.
Office Administration
- Attend regular clinic and sleep lab meetings.
- Perform filing, mailing, data entry, and general office duties.
- Order and maintain office supplies and administrative materials.
- Work closely with the Senior Administrator and report directly to the Lab Manager.
- Support day-to-day clinic operations as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare clinic, sleep clinic, or healthcare administration environment.
- Administrative or office coordination experience required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, patient-focused, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
