Job summary

Executive Aviation at the Hamilton Airport (YHM) seeks a Catering Agent to join our team and support airline catering operations. The role requires organizing catering space, stocking galley carts, tracking inventory, and coordinating with airlines, airport staff, and contractors.

You must be 18+, eligible to work in Canada, and willing to work shifts that include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Health benefits and flight perks accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in airline catering operations.
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in Canada.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional and personable.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with clear abstract and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Organize catering space, supplies, and truck.
• Stock galley carts and canisters according to airline specifications.
• Track inventory and order as needed.
• Complete Transport Canada In-Flight Supplies regulatory forms.
• Organize stock orders and delivery times.
• Communicate with airlines/airport/management and contractors as needed.
• Respond in a timely manner to airline crew reports.
• Upload/offload catering from aircraft.
• Other duties as assigned.
